Superyachts at Cannes

One of Europe's leading in-water yacht shows, the Cannes Festival attracts over 50,000 visitors to a display of around 600 boats. As you can imagine a major draw of the week-long event are the superyachts, and the bigger the better. We're assured that there will be more than a few on offer for your to ogle and enjoy.

Italian boat makers, Baglietto Yachts, will no doubt be showing off their new Baglietto's 46m Fast which was launched earlier this year. With a streamlined bow, slender hull this superyacht is oozing in Italian glamour and luxury. Another star of the show is bound to be the incredible yacht 'Nameless'; a fine example of various European designers working together to create a fantastic looking, and yet functional and fast yacht to enjoy every day. Creating inspiring outdoor spaces this yacht comes complete with her own swimming pool...no need to jump overboard.

Turkish boatyard, Sarp Yachts, are justifiably proud of their superyacht, La Passion, a 46m motor yacht. They have plenty more ideas in the concept stage so make sure you visit their stand and have a look at what they can envision for you.

The MCY 80 by Monte Carlo Yachts will be making its official world premiere in Cannes. At 24m the MCY 80 is the third largest in the fleet and has the signature Portuguese bow and an excellent design layout.

If catamarans are more your thing then you can enjoy the world premiere of the Catana 62 by Catana Catamarans, labelled as the "safest and most high-performing cruising catamaran in its class".
