Passionate about his craft, the chef values the skill of his team and strives to create cuisine that is both refined and delicate. Every plate showcases exceptional produce, expertly seasoned and cooked with precision. Originally from the South West and raised in a family of wine growers, his deep connection to the land shines through. Today, the château’s vegetable garden and herb patch bring added freshness and authenticity to his culinary creations.
